The details before you find your next favorite shirt.
How do I order a shirt?
Open a design, choose your shirt style, color, size and quantity, then add it to your bag. When order requests are open, enter your delivery details to submit your request. Shipping, tax and the final total are confirmed before payment. This version does not collect payment online.
Can I choose the shirt and logo colors?
Each product lists its available shirt colors. Some designs also offer logo print colors selected by the administrator. Choose from the options shown on the product page.
Can you print my own logo?
When custom printing is enabled, sign in with an email code and upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF up to 10 MB. Choose the shirt color, size and quantity, and add any placement instructions. Use artwork you have permission to print.
How much are shipping and larger sizes?
Check the product page for shirt pricing. Your shipping, tax and any applicable size charges will be confirmed with the final quote before payment. Delivery cost depends on your items and address.
When will my order arrive?
Shirts are printed to order. Production and delivery estimates will be confirmed for your order before payment. Shipment tracking appears in My orders when it becomes available.
How do I track my order?
Open My orders and sign in with the email used for your order. Once tracking has been added, you can open the carrier link there.
Will the website watermark be printed?
No. The ShirtJunkie watermark only protects the website preview. Screen colors and mockups are illustrative, so the actual fabric and print may look slightly different.
How do I find the right size?
Use the product size guide when supplier measurements have been added. Compare those measurements with a shirt you already own. If the guide is pending, confirm sizing before payment.
Can I change an order or report a problem?
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and details. Changes depend on whether production has started. For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
